This time, last year
I thought it would be fun to post some pictures of Christmas Eve last year. You see, last December after working a couple of months on the basement — tearing out moldy drywall, painting with sealing paint, installing styrofoam insulation, and putting in drywall around the fireplace, Squid decided that since it was non-functional, it had to come out.




And Viola! it was done. After a year, here’s the same wall:
Squid getting the furniture moved to make room for the Christmas tree. This is the corner where that big pile of rubble was.
And the entire wall. It still needs some work — paint and baseboards, but it looks veeeeery different, huh?
