No Blogging Until Sunday
What a weekend I’ve got coming up! We leave Friday morning with a group from church, traveling to Nashville to record for the second in Keith Lancanster’s Praise and Harmony series, Glorious God. We’ll start recording Friday evening, then back at it Saturday morning finishing up around noon. Then we’ll trek back to Michigan, arriving around 10 or 11 pm. I’m on the praise team at church Sunday morning for our bilingual service to honor our church plant in Mexicantown (Detroit) which is followed by a potluck. Of course, I volunteered to bring a main dish for the potluck so I’ve got to get that done this afternoon. My friend Tammy is watching the kids for the weekend (I’m reciprocating for her in a couple of months) — have fun in the madhouse, Tammy!!! Monkey Boy hasn’t slept away from home much, so that should be an adventure. At least it’s just two night (she’s keeping them Saturday night too).
Well, I guess I’d better get off this computer and get busy! Say a prayer, I’m also fighting off a cold. See ya Sunday night.

Well it is Saturday morning and we have all survived. I have to admit watching these 4, your 3 plus my 1 has been much easier than watching Joey and his one friend. Monkey Boy slept just fine last night. The secret, no nap + Benedryl makes for one tired MB at night. He fell asleep at 9, woke up once during the night and slept til the girls woke him up at 7.

I imagine I know a lot of folks that are there in Nashville this weekend. I am insanely jealous. And this on top of having to learn to live without a capella worship….
