Cravings
So far:
Jello (the only sweet)
Garlic-stuffed olives
Buffalo wings (or anything else with Buffalo sauce on it)
Frank’s Hot Sauce (or Kroger equivalent) on EVERYTHING!
Taco Bell (wait, that isn’t just because I’m pregnant, I always crave that)
The wierdest thing — I absolutely do not care one whit whether I eat chocolate or not. I can totally take or leave it — and usually leave it for a garlic-stuffed olive.

Cravings.. I remember those days. Something different with each kid
Enjoy! I’m reading a book by Don A-something-or-other. He sells cleaning stuff on QVC. Ehhh, it’s okay.. but i need routines. I want/need someone to have it all thought out and just tell me what to do!
It’s working so far. I had a long soak in the tub and time to myself this evening! I was jittery and not knowing what to do with my time. Hopefully I won’t get sucked into computer or tv time.. i’d like to read more..or more bible devotion. Some GOOD for me
June 26th, 2007 at 9:33 pmMy mom stopped drinking coffee roughly 42 years ago when she was pregnant with my second oldest brother because she stopped enjoying it, and even now she still doesn’t like it. I always remember her not drinking coffee, but I first learned this story when my wife was pregnant with our first. She craved sweet and sour pork and moose tracks ice cream. I actually gained some small amount of weight because of the ice cream.

June 27th, 2007 at 8:16 amWell garlic is supposed to be good for you…and I hear “hot stuff” keeps away the flu. Hope that works too. Enjoy this time when you eat what you want and no one thinks your crazy.
I had a different craving with each pregnancy - with Natalie, it was Taco Bell, like you’re having now. Kevin was so sweet and would make late night runs for bean burritos and mexi-melts for me!
With Noah it was McDonalds cheeseburgers. Horrible, I know.
With Jonathan - sandwiches from Subway.
And with Josiah - honey BBQ wings from KFC.
Notice it was nothing I cooked for myself!
June 27th, 2007 at 9:47 amWow, Gem. I could coume to your house. I crave the same things. Chocolate is okay - but it is not King of the Hill any more. Spicy, Vinegary things….that’s what I want.
